KEEGAN KEOUGH

Keegan Keough is a multitalented artist. Growing up in an artistic family, he was exposed to many different forms of art. After spending many years practicing his artistry, Keegan began to explore tattooing as an art medium.

In 2007, Keegan did his first apprentice in Washington under the artist Damien Killgod. From there, he moved to San Diego and worked with Kyle Walker at Black Rose Tattoo. Continuing to pursue his passion for tattoo, he began traveling internationally for additional opportunities to perfect his craft. Some of the countries he has tattooed in include – Australia, Iceland, Germany, Norway, Italy, and Ukraine.

In October of 2019, Keegan decided to settle into a shop in Scottsdale, Arizona which is how Emerald Tattoo was formed. After exploring many years of exploring a variety of tattoo styles there are three that he prefers - color surrealism, black and grey realistic, and illustrative.

When Keegan isn’t tattooing his clients, you will likely find him enjoying the other art mediums that he loves which are oil painting, drawing, and digital media.
